As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly—helping ensure products are handled with care, orders are fulfilled accurately,and customers receive what they need on time.
The Forklift Operator reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials in accordance with LT Foods America’s warehouse standards and inventory processes. This role supports operational excellence by minimizing product damage, improving productivity, ensuring accurate shipments, and preventing stock shortages.

Requirements: Operate material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks, to move products throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently; operate dock levelers as needed. Stage, organize, and store incoming and outgoing products in designated areas.Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders to meet customer service and delivery standards. Handle partial orders and repalletize products manually when required. Stack pallets properly and maintain a clean work area by disposing of debris such as cardboard, plastic wrap, and waste. Conduct daily forklift inspections and maintain equipment in compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards.Complete and maintain daily equipment checklists. Accurately enter product data into SAP and utilize WMS tools, including handheld scanners, to manage inventory and transactions. Label and store products in assigned warehouse locations. Follow all shipping and receiving procedures and documentation requirements.Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Identify and report equipment damage, safety hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately. Offload containers using push-pull attachments within established timeframes. Ensure all product handling, storage, and movement comply with Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) standards to prevent cross-contamination and maintain product integrity.Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience. Valid forklift
certification/license. Basic math skills for counting and inventory accuracy. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime as needed.

Ability to lift to 50 lbs, occasionally on a repetitive basis. Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling as needed.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations.
Work Environment This role operates in a fast-paced
warehouse/manufacturing
setting with exposure to moving machinery, including forklifts and production equipment. The environment may include loud noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
