Required Skills:JSTD Certification or experience preferred 3 to 5 years of experience operating benchtop punch presses, welding machines, wedging machines, or similar fabrication equipment Strong ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and specifications Proficiency in using inspection tools such as gram gauges, magnifying lamps, and other quality inspection devicesCapable of making precise adjustments and setups to ensure optimal production quality Nice to Have Skills: Experience working within the aerospace industry Additional certifications related to manufacturing or equipment operation Preferred Education and Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in aerospace or high-precision industriesDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Other Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to undertake and maintain necessary documentation related to production lots Willingness to participate actively in quality improvement initiatives Company Description Marquee Staffing has built a reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.
