The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of general facility equipment and systems. This position involves frequent travel to multiple sites to oversee maintenance operations, support apartment turnover, and coordinate janitorial efforts. The role offers growth potential, including promotion to Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities Perform equipment and general facility maintenance Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Manage apartment turnover maintenance and painting Oversee janitorial services and ensure cleanliness standards Prepare and submit maintenance reports Travel frequently to various sites to supervise maintenance activities
