Brief Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering projects involving roadway design, stormwater, utilities, grading, and site development
Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
Oversee project delivery, QA/QC, schedules, budgets, and staffing
Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
NY Professional Engineer (PE) license required
12+ years of site/civil engineering experience
Experience with NYSDOT, county agencies, and municipal infrastructure projects
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
