Here is your ground-floor opportunity to create and lead a Risk-Based Internal Audit Unit!
You will set strategy, protocols, create training manuals, create and manage and execute the audit program, etc.
Our P&C insurance carrier client is growing and needs to strengthen the company's governance, risk management, and controls environment.
CPA or CIA is strongly preferred.
Client is targeting a minimum of 8 years of P&C/public internal audit experience.
Your background should include exposure to reinsurance structures and fronting arrangements.
Your audit experience should be far reaching - underwriting, claims, governance, compliance, premium billing/collections, reinsurance, MGA's TPA's, loss reserving, internal controls and financial reporting.
Will report to the CFO.
