Loaner Car Agent

Paddock Chevrolet Best Places to work Finalist for the 2nd year. Paddock Chevrolet is hiring a part-time Loaner Car agent to assist customers into borrowed vehicles while they are in for service. We are looking for an energetic customer service oriented person able to work: Tuesday thru Friday 1pm-6pm and Saturdays 7am-5pmJob Duties of the Loaner Car Agent include: Managing a fleet of 40+ loaner vehicles, ensuring they are ready for use when loaned and thoroughly checked upon return Inputting customer information to create loaner agreement and obtaining the necessary signatures Confirming customer's documents meet requirements to receive a borrowed vehicle from our dealershipTracking vehicles to know all cars are accounted for and when additional cars are available to service customers Covering the Service Cashier as needed, checking out customers and receiving payments Clerical tasks as necessary to support other employees/departments Candidates for the Loaner Car Agent should have:Valid Driver's License - must have Clean driving record - must have Good face-to-face customer service skills Loaner or Rental Car Experience Automotive Dealership Experience a plus Dealertrack and X-Time experience is a plus Have to be at least 18 years old Benefits Sick time Employee Assistance ProgramReferral Program Employee Appreciation Program Continuing Education Program Standing and sitting for extended periods and working outdoors are necessary at times for this position.
