Application Security Analyst, Glendale

The client is seeking an Application Security Analyst to

" Conduct manual application security assessments using dynamic and static methodologies

" Understanding of a broad range of application security issues, mitigation strategies, and common application security controls

" Knowledge of common web security testing tools (e.g., Burp, OWASP Zap)

" Experience performing source code reviews and knowledge of secure coding best practices

" Ability to appropriately determine and communicate the risk associated with assessment findings

" Author assessment deliverables that fully detail the technical execution, core deficiencies, business impact, and realistic remediation strategies

" Previous software development experience is a plus

" Excellent communication skills

Work Experience: 6+ years' experience required.
