Private real estate firm seeks a seasoned property manager to manage an owned portfolio of 10-20 commercial and multifamily properties in Los Angeles County. You will be representing the firm in working with tenants, contractors, vendors, city personnel and others.

The job is task oriented and you will be provided with support and resources from home office to complete the work. This job involves being in the field checking on the properties and being available on call for emergencies at the properties should they arise. We have an office and you can work there or from your home office as long as your paperwork is submitted in top form.

We are seeking someone who has significant relevant positive experience in commercial and multifamily residential property management and enjoys the work. We will provide you with the back office support and list of contract vendors.
