PREP/DISH— NOW HIRING Nationally Recognized Glendale Restaurant (LA Times Top 101 • NYT Top 50 • Michelin Guide)

Pay: $16.50/hr base + Guaranteed Total $18–21/hr 100% BOH tip pool —

all tips go directly to the kitchen.

We are a high-volume, nationally recognized kabob shop in Glendale, working inside a

tiny 299 sq ft kitchen

POSITION: PREP/DISH (2 positions available)

Pay Structure

Base wage:

$16.50/hr Guaranteed total pay:

$18–21/hr with tip pool

Schedule

Prep/Dish #1:

Thursday–Sunday Morning start times:

6:30am until 1:30pm Supports prep and cleaning during our high-volume service days

Prep/Dish #2:

Monday–Wednesday Morning start times:

8:30am until 4pm May be scheduled for an additional prep shift on Thursday–Sunday when service volume is exceptionally high.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Morning prep: vegetables, sauces, proteins, and station setup Dishwashing and keeping cleaning cycles moving efficiently Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift Supporting the line and prep team with additional tasks Working efficiently in a tight, high-heat environment
