Luxury Goods Valuers who are passionate about luxury brands and eager to develop expertise in product appraisal. No prior experience required. Candidates with a strong interest in luxury brands and the resale market are welcome to apply!/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliReplenish and organize stock on the showroom sales floor./liliAssist and serve customers politely and professionally./liliPerform stock take and inventory checks with accurate records./liliMaintain showroom/store cleanliness, visual presentation, and display standards./liliArrange and coordinate delivery items with operations/logistics flow./liliHandle customer follow-ups and basic service communication./liliTake product photos and write clear product descriptions for listings and customer communication materials./liliContinuously learn luxury goods appraisal and explain item condition factors and market-based pricing context clearly to customers during service conversations./liliMain duty is showroom operations; also support purchase by handling item intake, running first-pass brand/authenticity/condition checks, recording appraisal details, and preparing cases for senior appraiser offer decisions under SOP and supervisor guidance./li/ulh3Minimum Requirements/h3ulliCustomer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, service desk, or similar in-person support roles./liliStrong spoken and written English for daily showroom customer service communication./liliJapanese is needed for communication with the manager; JLPT N4 or above is preferred./liliComfort handling luxury items with care and following item-security procedures./liliBasic digital operations skill (POS/CRM/inventory system, spreadsheet, and chat/email updates)./liliAvailability for shift-based work, including weekends and peak retail periods./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliHands-on exposure to luxury resale, pawn, appraisal, consignment, or branded goods handling./liliExperience with stock control, reconciliation, and online listing/e-commerce support./liliJapanese proficiency at JLPT N4 or above is preferred; N3 or above is a stronger match./li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliStarting salary: USD 4,000 per month for the first 3 months./liliAfter completing 3 months: USD 4,200 per month./liliAfter passing the in-house appraiser test: USD 4,500 per month./liliComprehensive benefits package/li/ulh3Training Program (Overseas Training Opportunity)/h3ulliUpon joining, employees will participate in a 3-month overseas training program (approximately from July to September 2026) in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, or Malaysia)/liliMonthly salary will be provided during the training period/liliFull housing support will be covered by the company/liliVisa support will be provided for the duration of the training/li/ulh3Training Details/h3ulliDevelop knowledge of luxury brands and resale market/liliGain hands-on experience in both office and retail store environments/liliLearn product evaluation techniques, including identifying materials, craftsmanship, and authenticity (e.g., tools used, leather characteristics, and distinguishing counterfeit items)/li/ul/div
