$5,000 sign on bonus!!!! EastCoast Builders is seeking a motivated Millwork Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in fine woodworking. This entry level role is perfect for individuals eager to learn from seasoned professionals, develop essential trade skills, and build a rewarding career in millwork. Primary responsibilities include performing physical labor, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and developing foundational woodworking skills. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in millwork, offering on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. Candidates must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with senior team members, supporting all stages of millwork installation.

Assist with the handling, cutting, sanding, and assembling of materials under supervision.

Learn and adhere to the safe operation of all woodworking tools and equipment.

Interpret drawings, specifications, and plans.

Lift, carry, and position materials up to 50 pounds.
