Description
A client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Blasting Operator to support production by operating sandblasting cabinets and large blast booth equipment, handling and prepping materials, and performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. This role involves lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs), using hoists for larger items, and working on your feet for up to 10 hours in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude, while also being comfortable working independently and following strict safety protocols. The position requires working in a moderately loud production setting with regular exposure to blasting, grinding, and welding processes, where PPE is required at all times based on tasks being performed.
