Opensity Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage our law firm client's NYC office services team. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Essential Job Responsibilities
Serves as the principal liaison between the employees and the Client Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contactDemonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client Recruits and interviews potential candidates for available positions at the site Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtimeAssists Manager with tracking productivity and collects all information necessary to provide leadership and the client with monthly report Qualifications&Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred Previous supervisor experience in a law firm office services setting is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in other professional organizations with the required skills will be considered Detail oriented with good attention to detailProven track record of strong verbal and written communication skills Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Ability to lead others in a professional manner Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is up to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
