Responsibilities include managing relationships with supervisors, coaching interns to support performance, and providing high-quality customer service to achieve key performance indicators related to account retention, expansion, satisfaction, and conversion of interns to hires.
The role also involves managing engagement scopes of work, addressing performance issues, and partnering with Program Managers to develop performance improvement plans.
