A large healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Division Head within a fast-paced operational environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to effectively manage complex schedules, executive communications, and departmental priorities.The ideal candidate is a mature, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives. This individual must be comfortable managing heavy calendar activity, coordinating meetings, handling sensitive information, and working independently while exercising sound judgment.Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative support to the Division Head and senior leadership. Manage a high-volume executive calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up communications.Create, edit, save, format, and print professional documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. Develop presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint. Maintain records and databases using Microsoft Access. Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive communications. Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders.Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned. Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making abilities.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives required. Previous healthcare, hospital, or large health system experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting executive leadership within a large-scale healthcare organization is highly desirable.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.Professional demeanor, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $33.84/hr - $40.99/hr is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future.
