Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Information Technology Department. We currently have internship openings across several areas of the department. Interns may support work related to: Service Desk&AV Support (New York, NY): exposure to daily service desk operations, troubleshooting, conference room technology, AV support Solutions&Automation (Fenwick's west coast offices): supporting AI prompting and workflow experimentation, helping teams use generative AI tools responsibly, and assisting with embedding security and confidentiality controls into processes Cybersecurity (Silicon Valley, CA): contributing to alert monitoring, incident response activities, and verification tasks.Technical Training (Silicon Valley, CA): assisting with digital learning projects and content creation for internal training resources. These openings provide broad experience across the IT function, offering hands-on learning with enterprise systems, operational workflows, and cross-team collaboration.The position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring at least one day on-site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business and client needs. This role is non-exempt and may be full-time or part-time, depending on availability and business needs. The internship is expected to run through summer 2026.Qualifications Currently enrolled in a college degree program Familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving skills Interest in IT support, cybersecurity, or AI-related technology Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a professional environment The anticipated pay rate for our internship is $21 -$25 per hour.At Fenwick, we believe that our partners and employees are our most important asset.
