Property Accountant
Compensation
$70,000 to $80,000 USD base, DOE; annual bonus eligible; strong benefits

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant
Own and execute full-cycle accounting for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties
Perform accurate journal entries, accruals, monthly close, and bank reconciliations for assigned properties and entities
Oversee AP, AR, lease abstracting, and CAM reconciliations tailored to unique property/tenant mix
Interface directly with property managers, controllers, and owners to facilitate financial performance and compliance
Contribute to ongoing process improvements during accounting system transitions and property onboarding
Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)
3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in commercial real estate/property management
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Proficiency with Yardi (Voyager preferred) or analogous real estate accounting systems
