NOW HIRING: Manufacturing Engineer II – CNC Programming Experience Preferred

Location: Camarillo, CA

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire – RPO

Salary: $75,000 – $115,000/year 

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support CNC production and continuous improvement in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace manufacturing environment. If you're hands-on, process-oriented, and experienced with G-code and CAM systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.

Develop process flows and determine required tooling and layout standards.

Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency, material yield, quality, safety, and cost.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability.

Ensure compliance with all applicable manufacturing regulations and quality standards.

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

Support and deploy capital projects where applicable.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME preferred) or a related field.

2–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or CNC shop environment.

Strong experience in CNC/NC programming; G-code proficiency preferred.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems such as Mastercam, CATIA V5, or SolidWorks.

Working knowledge of GD&T and ability to read complex engineering drawings.

Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.

Background in low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing settings strongly preferred.
