A minimum of two full years of hands-on experience working as a school Paraprofessional, BT, RBT, or similar role with a strong focus on special education settings.Demonstrated experience with a broad range of special education populations and programs. Willingness and flexibility to work with any age group or caseload as assigned. Comfort assisting with personal care tasks, including toileting and diapering, as duties may require. Impeccable punctuality and reliability—attendance is tracked through strict sign-in/sign-out sheets, which are essential for compensation.Primary responsibilities: Support classroom teachers by providing direct assistance to students with special needs. Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt to varying classroom environments. Assist in the daily care, instruction, and supervision of students, upholding their dignity and safety.Maintain accurate records in accordance with school protocols.
