Production&Inventory Assistant Job Type

: Full-Time

Job Overview Primarily responsible for inventory management and order picking. Provides immediate assistance to all areas in production. Assists in supply chain and quality control by processing work orders and inventory adjustments. Also assists products floor workers in completing urgent requests.

Essential Duties&Responsibilities WMS+&ERP Management

: Use handheld devices and computer applications to perform physical cycle counts, pull and scan finished goods, close out sales orders, receive product, and transfer inventory between our two warehouses. Label Station Operations

: Print and deliver labels for products, shipping, bins, and reorder magnets using a thermal printer, while managing blank label stock. Inventory Control

: Verify inventory computations against physical stock, investigate discrepancies, pack/unpack items, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve missing or incorrect deliveries. Material Handling

: Deliver or route materials to departments using hand trucks, conveyors, or sorting bins.

Job Requirements&Qualifications Experience

: 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse setting. Technical Skills

: 1+ years of experience with ERP and WMS systems; proficient computer skills. Preferred

: Experience in record keeping, data entry, and stock management.

Work Environment&Physical Demands Physical Ability

: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs. Environment

: Occasional exposure to dust, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts. Noise level is low to moderate. Equipment Use
