Job Description:

The Chemist role will be responsible for the development of new ink and coating formulations to support the Flint Group's aggressive growth of sales through continued innovation. In this role you will provide high-level expertise in the formulation, testing, scale-up, and commercialization of new products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering

Hands on” experience in formulating adhesive lamination, extrusion lamination, retort and 2C inks and coatings for the Flexible Packaging market.

Understand the flexographic and gravure printing process, includes current press configurations, coaters and lamination technology.
