Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to manage and oversee the accounting department's daily operations. This role will focus on ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while also providing leadership and support to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and applicable tax laws.

Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Develop and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial record integrity.

Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Provide financial forecasts, budgets, and perform variance analysis.

Assist with financial audits and tax filing preparation and execution.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance in day-to-day activities.

Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in a financial management or Controller role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.
