Lead System Engineer (Dynamics 365), Ohio

Job Description

The Lead Systems Engineer will report to the VP of Network, Infrastructure & Security and will be responsible for the management of our overall Dynamics 365 environment including Customer Experience and Field and Operations.

· Monitor the environment for performance, availability, and security, implementing necessary optimizations and enhancements.

· Manage and oversee all promotions and upgrades to the system.

· Manage security of the Dynamics 365 environment.

· Manage/ develop DevOps CI/CD process 

· Manage and support the Power Platform.

· Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.

· Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.

· Working with data team to refresh lower environments as necessary.

· Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure via patching and other controls.

· Updating any software and hardware where necessary.

· Handle minor network issues.

· Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot remotely.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.

· Accomplishes organizational mission by completing related tasks as needed.

· Ability to work both independently as well as part of a collaborative team

 

Compensation: 120-130k or Based on experience
