Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this role is responsible for leading the delivering of excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses, people and time. This role will work directly with Customer Relations team to reduce delinquent accounts, coordinate payment resolution, and administer communications regarding collection issues, and ensure timely and accurate daily cash applications. Accounts Receivable Manager and Lead./ppResponsibilities include supervising the Customer Relations
Accounts Receivable Account Specialists, overseeing timely and accurate daily cash application, assigning work to review customer receivables and coordinate payment resolution, communicating with internal and/or external customers and various units regarding collection issues, collaborating with the Customer Relations team to complete tasks in a timely manner, reducing the delinquency for assigned accounts to achieve organizational goals, facilitating invoice dispute resolution discussions with the customer, the Field, and the local Customer Relations team, enlisting the efforts of management when necessary to accelerate the collection process, following work process to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels, establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with customers, performing training as requested, conducting performance evaluations according to organization guidelines, and performing other duties and/or special projects as assigned./ph3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED required/lili3-5 years collections experience preferred/liliStrong customer service skills/liliBasic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology; strong math skills/liliExcellent verbal and written communication/liliIntense focus on accuracy and attention to detail; organized/liliProblem-solving skills/liliCritical thinking skills/liliOutgoing
