Lab Technician II
The Lab Technician II supports quality control, research, and technical activities by performing laboratory testing and maintaining accurate records and documentation. This role ensures compliance with ISO procedures, supports product quality and customer requirements, and contributes to laboratory projects and material evaluations. The position plays a key role in maintaining consistent testing outcomes, data integrity, and safe laboratory operations.$26.33 - $29.44 Vibrantz is committed to maintaining pay transparency in accordance with applicable laws and best practices. Perform quality control testing in accordance with ISO procedures and internal standards. Maintain accurate QC records, charts, samples, and project logs using laboratory and ERP systems. Review raw material certificates of analysis and prepare finished goods documentation to meet specifications and customer requests.Conduct color matching, raw material evaluations, and assigned R&D or laboratory projects. Support continuous improvement by updating procedures, maintaining standards, and ensuring laboratory organization and safety compliance. Required Qualifications
Technical degree in a scientific or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience. Ability to perform consistent, detail-oriented testing and accurately document results. Proficiency with computer applications for documentation, data tracking, and communication. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field. Experience in quality assurance and research and development environments. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience working within ISO-regulated laboratory or manufacturing settings.
