Coordinate and process inbound deliveries and outbound shipments
Receive and process inbound deliveries to ensure proper paperwork is completed and verify quantity accuracy of the delivery
Process outbound deliveries to ensure properly labeled, correct quantities, correct paperwork, etc.
Communicate and coordinate delivery of receipts to the appropriate person
Coordinate outbound deliveries with appropriate parties such as field personnel, project managers, project coordinators, vendors, etc.
Communicate with vendors, internal customers, etc. to ensure timeliness and accuracy of shipments received or sent out
Coordinate driver schedules for efficiency and cost effectiveness
Process all receiving and shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading, POs, etc.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of receiving and shipping routing tasks
Process and look up information in COINS
Coordination of materials to job site or returning from job sites
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding product and/or materials
Assist with coordination of returns for credit processing
Participate in year-end inventory
Responsible for all aspects for the shipping and receiving functions
Any other duties as assigned
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Experience 1-3 years warehouse experience required
Towmotor (forklift) experience - required
Microsoft Office required
Excel Knowledge-required
