Position: Activity Director (Full-Time) Location: Meadow Wind Health Care Center – Massillon, Ohio Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct engaging recreational and therapeutic activity programs for residents. Develop monthly activity calendars that promote social interaction, physical movement, and emotional well-being. Collaborate with nursing and other departments to ensure person-centered care and quality of life for all residents. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Previous experience in activities or recreation within a long-term care or similar setting preferred. AD-RAC or MEPAP certification strongly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives!
