This is a great opportunity for an experienced injection molding professional looking to step into a hands-on leadership role with a stable and growing company! Job Requirements: Perform mold setups and insert changeovers on injection molding pressesSupport production efficiency by minimizing downtime and monitoring processes Assist with training operators and ensuring quality standards are met Set up auxiliary equipment including dryers, sonic welders, and label machines Ability to troubleshoot production and processing issues 1st Shift $25-$31/hourBenefits: Medical, Dental&Vision Insurance, 401k with 6% Company Match, PTO&Paid Holidays.
