This position will work (3) - 12-hour shifts per week, 6:00AM - 6:00PM, and will include a rotation of weekends and holidays. Essential Functions• Moves throughout the facility and performs the physical requirements needed to deliver dietary services as assigned. • Performs the manual and administrative responsibilities of this position according to hospital and department policy and procedure. • Demonstrates working knowledge of patient diets and understands basic food service regulations. • Follows recipes appropriately. • Works cooperatively with unit staff and ancillary departments. • Demonstrates commitment to Pomerene Hospital’s Values. • Delivers service that builds customer satisfaction.
