What You'll Do
Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Schedule appointments and manage daily front desk workflow
Answer phone inquiries and support client communication
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist with daily administrative and reception responsibilities
Help create a smooth, welcoming client experience from check-in through checkout
Support hospital operations and collaborate with teammates to ensure efficiency
Contribute to a positive and organized hospital environment
