Travel Weekly Pay: $1,593.50

Local Weekly pay: $1,476.00

Job Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and assist with planning and implementing care to ensure patient comfort and well-being, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN).

Help maintain a safe working environment and perform job responsibilities safely.

Maintain clinical and professional competency appropriate to the patient's age, developmental stage, and special needs.

Participate in patient assessments by collecting and interpreting relevant data to determine nursing care needs.

Recognize and determine the need for immediate intervention when necessary.

Document patient observations, treatments, responses to treatment, and nursing care

using the nursing process.

Actively participate in treatments and assist with procedures.

Assist in developing or revising the care plan by providing data and suggesting potential goals and interventions for RN review.

Implement the plan under RN supervision and ensure tasks are completed as directed.

Communicate significant changes in patient status to the appropriate clinical staff.
