Position Description:

Ennoble First is seeking a motivated SE Architecture Project Engineer to manage and support large-scale information technology projects. The successful candidate will use critical thinking and proven scheduling methods to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting all scope and risk requirements. This individual will collaborate across teams and stakeholders to track performance, provide project data, and support strategic planning initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners and Leads to develop and maintain project schedules

Conduct schedule analyses and audits to ensure project integrity

Track task dependencies, milestones, resource allocations, and cost estimates

Perform risk, issue, and opportunity assessments throughout the project lifecycle

Create, manage, and maintain scheduling databases for projects and programs

Offer strategic recommendations based on critical path and performance analysis

Develop and report schedule baselines and updates for management visibility

Conduct recovery planning and alternative course of action analysis

Participate in project estimate-to-complete (ETC) development and earned value assessments

Use Microsoft Project and other tools to generate high-quality forward-looking reports

Support meetings, document action items, and ensure schedule standards compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field, plus 4+ years of experience (may substitute additional experience in lieu of degree)

Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI

Strong experience with Microsoft Project for schedule development and tracking

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical leadership

Excellent organizational, research, and decision-making skills

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Experience in project management office environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Familiarity with project performance metrics, earned value, and baseline control

Preferred Qualifications:

SAFe Agile certifications

Experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager

Familiarity with ArcGIS/geospatial tools and AWS/cloud platforms

Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, SP, etc.)

Experience with Microsoft Project Web App (PWA), Structured Solutions Inc. tools, and Monte Carlo analysis

Experience using tools such as Power BI, pivot tables, macros, and linking Microsoft Project with Jira and Confluence

Previous support to NGA or Intelligence Community customers

Pay Range:

$85,000–$130,000

The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
