Continuity Support Officer, Virginia

Responsibilities:
 

The Systems Integrator (SI) will play a critical role in supporting the customer by providing task management, knowledge management, website management, briefing material and customer service support. The candidate shall possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Support website maintenance ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and user friendly

The SI will assist with monitoring project timelines and deliverables.

Track and report progress on ongoing team tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

Provide logistical support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda prep and minute-taking.

Maintain and organize key organizational documents, policies and procedures on the shared drive and facilitate the sharing of knowledge best practices.

Prepare, edit, and format briefing materials, power point presentations and reports for management meetings and external engagements.

Serve as POC for component inquiries and requests, track and maintain requests providing prompt responses and follow-up actions. Assist in troubleshooting component issues and coordinate with relevant team members for resolution.

Qualifications:
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Poly.

8+ years of IC professional experience to include at least 3 years of experience with our client. 

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study 

Four (4) years of Military/Civilian, DoD/Government, and IC experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree. 

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with: Service Now, Website maintenance, Web based training, Task manager tools

Target Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
