Location
: Tysons / Fairfax County, VA (100% onsite – highly collaborative environment)
Compensation
: $85K–$110K base + annual bonus + exceptional benefits + relocation assistance as needed

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, communications, business growth, and technical storytelling — partnering closely with senior leadership, technical experts, and operational teams to drive visibility, growth, and engagement.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Lead and support integrated marketing campaigns supporting high-growth business initiatives
Partner with leadership and technical subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into compelling messaging and business value
Support sales enablement, branding, executive presentations, campaign strategy, communications, and marketing collateral
Contribute to client events, tradeshows, site tours, awards submissions, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic communications
Help shape messaging and market positioning within a highly technical and innovative environment
Required Industry Background

within one or more of the following industries:
Automation / Controls
Utilities / Power Systems
Engineering / Technical Services
Infrastructure / Construction-related organizations
Electronic Security / Building Systems
Industrial Technologies / Mission-Critical Environments
Important

— not external marketing agencies, contractors, or general consumer/B2C marketing environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5-12+ years of marketing and communications experience
Experience supporting technical, engineering, utility, power systems, automation, or infrastructure-related organizations
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify highly technical information for varied audiences
Experience with integrated campaigns, communications, branding, sales enablement, or executive messaging
Comfortable partnering with senior leadership, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office and marketing/content management tools; Adobe Creative Suite exposure preferred
Additional Pluses:
• Familiarity with federal contracting or regulated industries
• Experience supporting events, tradeshows, employee engagement, or executive communications
• Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
