Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year Responsibilities: Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls. Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Qualifications: Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. 3 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both staff and customer relationships effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
