Civil Engineer– Land Development (Northern Virginia) We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–20 years of experience to join our growing land development team in Northern Virginia. This role involves working on a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities: Prepare site design plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion controlPerform stormwater management and

hydrologic/hydraulic
