Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Update records of customer interactions in the computerized system.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
• Process vehicle trade-ins and assist with used car stock-in process.
• Complete photos of new and used car inventory for the website.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
• Assist with clerical and admin work as needed.
