Accounts Payable Specialist
We are looking for a part-time accounts payable specialist in Danville, IL.
The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am-2:30 pm.
This is a contract to hire position paying $***** per hour to start.
You will be processing invoices, process request for payments, do reconciliations, create monthly Illinois sales tax returns, prepare internal and external audit schedule.
This position requires an associate degree in accounting or business-related field.
You must be proficient in all levels of MS Excel - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable - ability to use the company's software.
Excellent organizational oral and written skills are required.
Ability to analyze and direct attention to accounts payable policies and procedures.
