Responsibilities
Receive new merchandise from factories and prepare garments and accessories to be shipped directly to our customers or to our retail stores
Select customer orders
Box or bag customer orders for shipping
Receive customer returns, inspect products, and prepare garments and accessories to be returned to inventory
Select retail store inventory
Box retail store's shipments
Qualifications
Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detail instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
Attention to detail.
Ability to be flexible and multi-task.
Ability to work with people, collaboratively.
Ability to make judgment calls on quality.
Ability to adapt to change.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with good organization and time management skills.
0+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate by listening and verbally speaking with associates and managers, extensive standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling and maneuvering within the Distribution Center floor.
Required to be able to walk upstairs, stooping, crouching, and kneeling and squatting.
Ability to lift and carry 30+lbs, etc.
