This position requires a proactive approach to managing multiple teams and ensuring successful project execution that meets functionality, quality, timeline, and cost expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

5 - 7 years of experience with large and complex technology-related projects

Proven track record in process design, gathering and analyzing user/system requirements

Strong ability to manage deliverables, timelines, project plans, and reporting status

Experience in tracking metrics and Key Operational Indicators (KOIs)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in systems such as JIRA and Remedy

Strong communication and presentation skills

General technical knowledge of system architecture

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings

Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal

Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations

Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership

Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards

Support resource planning for delivery and execution
