The Construction Notice Services Associate is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Conducting research to identify property owners, project types, and general contractors associated with construction jobs. 

Making outbound phone calls to verify and obtain surety and lender information. 

Supporting lien and notice processing by gathering accurate project data.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate filing.

Maintaining detailed records of communications and findings.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

Heavy phone work experience and comfort with high call volumes.

Prior customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Zoom, and Slack.

Legal exposure in construction, particularly in mechanic’s liens, is a plus.

High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.

Pay Rate Range: $50,000- $65,000 annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
