/ppThe Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance functions at our manufacturing facility.
This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement, supporting capital projects, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and cost-effective operation in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

/ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliLead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a high-performance culture focused on uptime, safety, and quality.
/liliOwn and execute the sites maintenance strategyincluding preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenanceto drive plant reliability and operational efficiency.
/liliLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical equipment, including presses, laminators, sheeters, and auxiliary systems.
/liliOversee facility infrastructure and utilities (HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, etc.), ensuring reliability and compliance with safety/environmental regulations.
/liliManage capital equipment projects and upgrades from scoping through implementation.
/liliUtilize and optimize the Blueboot maintenance program to track work orders, asset health, downtime events, and maintenance history.
/liliDevelop and manage the maintenance budget, delivering cost-effective solutions that reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life.
/liliEnsure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, EPA, ADEQ, and corporate EHS standards.
/liliChampion a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, EHS, and quality teams.
/liliParticipate in company-wide best practice sharing across other facilities.
/li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pullistrongBachelors degree in Engineering/strong (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline required).
/lilistrongMinimum of 5 years of experience leading a maintenance team/strong in a manufacturing environmentpreferably in copper laminate, electronics, or process industries.
/liliStrong background in equipment reliability and implementation of proactive maintenance programs.
/liliExperience using the Blueboot maintenance system or similar CMMS software.
/liliExperience using SAP for purchase requisitions and maintenance PM documentation.
/liliHands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
/lilistrongStrong PLC experience is highly valued/strong, particularly in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and control system integration.
Demonstrated success managing capital projects and implementing process improvements.
/liliKnowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and ADEQ regulations and compliance strategies.
/liliExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

/liliBackground in Copper Clad Laminate, PCB manufacturing, or chemical processing preferred.
/liliFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and equipment reliability tools such as RCM or FMEA.
/liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and PIDs.
/liliWorking knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, and process control systems.
