Our Freeway Chevrolet location in Chandler is seeking Appointment Setters to connect with customers, schedule appointments, and help create a strong first impression of our dealership. This role is ideal for strong communicators who enjoy helping people and want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule sales and service appointments Provide clear, professional, and helpful customer interactions at all times Coordinate communication between customers and dealership teams Update and maintain accurate customer records and notes in CRM systemsMultitask between live conversations and data entry Support a high-volume, fast-paced call environment Qualifications

1 year of phone sales or outbound call center experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Comfortable using computer systems and basic software toolsTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus) Must pass background check and drug screening Compensation&Perks
