As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.Please Note THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE position. Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. UP TO $500 PER MONTH REIMBURSEMENT FOR HEALTH INSURANCE 401K (pre tax and after tax) WITH MATCH ONCE WITH THE AGENCY FOR 12 MONTHSSalary range- $45,000-$90,000 Base plus commission. Requirements MON

FRI: 830AM TO 5:00PM WITH 1 HOUR LUNCH SATURDAYS: 9AM TO NOON. ROTATING WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS. MAY WORK 1 -2 SATURDAYS /MONTH. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.
