Leading the Implementation of the Kubernetes Infrastructure for TacMobile
Establishing the configuration, governance and processes for TacMobile's Kubernetes infrastructure
Developing and refining reusable processes for setting up and deploying the infrastructure and for end-2-end deployment of tenants
Defining and refining the DEVSECOPS process for secure container hosting infrastructure and for managing the integration and deployment of containerized tenants
Defining and refining the Infrastructure as Code (IaC)/Configuration as Code (CaC) for establishing and maintaining the container-supporting infrastructure
Advancing the tooling and processes to better automate complex containers (e.g. move from individual "Kubectl -f apply" commands in a CLI to variable handling deployments like HELM)
Addressing and resolving Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements
Ensuring infrastructure enables containers leveraging both CPU and GPU operations
Ensuring infrastructure enables containers leveraging of HBA attached storage
Developing guidance for to-be tenant applications so they can build to run on TacMobile
Providing guidance on refactoring best practices

Requirements:
Experience implementing multi-tenant Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) Kubernetes to support deployment of tenant Open Container Initiative (OCI)-compliant applications
Experience integrating container registry systems (e.g. Harbor, ECR, ACR, Sonotype) with container push/pull systems (e.g. Carvel Tools, Podman, Docker), container security (e.g. Trivy) and Kubernetes management (e.g. vCF Kubernetes, Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, OpenShift)
Tanzu or NXS experience
Understanding of the technical constraints of DoD and tactical environments
Both written and verbal communications skills are required
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Must have a CompTIA Security + CE certification or be willing to obtain within 6 months of starting
Desired Skills:
Broadcom vCloud FOundation (vCF) vSphere, NSX, and vCF Kubernetes
Podman to vCF integration experience
HELM and Terraform experience
Degree: BSCS, BSCE, BSEE, or BS IT
Clearance Information:
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET ELIGIBILITY
