About the Position:
We are seeking a Regional Manager / Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client to oversee the construction of a multi-phase data center project. This is a hybrid role that blends regional management responsibilities with hands-on project oversight, ensuring the successful execution of both phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of mechanical construction for a multi-phase data center project, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to design-build standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution from pre-construction through completion.

Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical project management, ideally within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale industrial projects.

Proven ability to manage large, complex projects while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Experience working in a design-build environment is highly preferred.
