A dynamic and growing real estate development group undergoing a strategic rebrand is seeking a degreed Civil Engineer to join their team as Project Engineering Manager to support their continued expansion across the Southeast.

Role Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial development projects from lease execution to delivery
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, municipalities, and the tenant's team
Oversee utility coordination, offsite improvements, permitting, and demolition
Develop and maintain project schedules and identify critical path activities
Ensure quality execution while keeping projects on time and on budget
Ideal Background
5–7 years of experience in engineering or construction project management
Bachelors in Civil Engineering with EIT OR PE license preferred
Exposure to retail development or commercial projects a plus
Skilled in managing consultants and navigating complex entitlements
Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment managing multiple projects at once
