C3 Workforce is actively hiring for multiple positions at a local manufacturing facility. Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, we have a role for you. We are filling General Labor, Quality Inspection, and Team Lead positions on all three shifts. Training is provided— no prior experience required for entry-level roles.

— $15.00/hr | No experience required | All shifts | Training provided Quality Inspection

— $15.00/hr | Entry-level welcome | All shifts | Training provided Team Lead

— $19.00+/hr | Experience required | All shifts | Leadership role

Shift Availability We are hiring for all three shifts: 1st Shift (Days) 2nd Shift (Afternoons) 3rd Shift (Nights) Candidates must be flexible and open to working various shifts as needed.

Requirements Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Team Lead applicants: prior supervisory or lead experience in a

manufacturing/production
