Target Earnings:

This is a high-impact, phone-based sales role focused on engaging prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and driving revenue growth. If you are competitive, coachable, and results-driven, this role offers strong earning potential and career advancement.What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Qualify leads and identify customer needs

Schedule appointments or close sales based on campaign structure

Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition

Handle objections and navigate conversations with decision-makers

Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of coachability and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required

Compensation&Benefits: Full-time W-2 position

Base salary + uncapped commission

On-target earnings typically range from $50,000–$85,000+
