Job Title
Develop and maintain work schedules and project timelines in coordination with cross-functional teams.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient resource planning and timely project execution.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and adaptable with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules and project timelines.
Coordinate planning activities with various departments such as engineering, operations, and others.
Monitor project and production progress; identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Analyze and manipulate data to inform resource planning and scheduling decisions.
Maintain accurate documentation of timelines, schedules, and planning updates.
Provide status updates and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Use planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project) to manage scheduling processes.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
04 years of relevant experience in scheduling and/or resource planning.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience pulling, analyzing, and manipulating data for planning purposes.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system experience (preferred, not required).
AutoCAD or Visio experience (preferred, not required).
Microsoft Project experience (preferred, not required).
Manufacturing experience not required.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel between facilities, as business needs require.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
Lift up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment:
Exposure is frequent to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles - eye protection is required, and fumes, machine vibration, and noisy conditions, high temperatures, and occasional to a restricted space work area.
